Current Research Focus:

My research focuses on winter cover crop variety testing in Middle Tennessee as part of a national cover crop development project . I also study rhizosphere microbial communities associated with cover crops using 16S rRNA and ITS aplicon sequencing. In addition, I use drone-based remote sensing and mapping to evaluate crop performance and field variability.
