Welcome

The Office of Institutional Compliance and Title IX (OIC) coordinates and supports civil rights compliance at 麻豆传媒 (TSU). We ensure the university follows federal and state laws related to equal opportunity, harassment prevention, non-discrimination, retaliation, and Title IX in both education and employment.

Our work helps create a campus where all students, faculty, and staff can learn and work with dignity鈥攆ree from discrimination and harassment. We monitor and enforce these laws and university policies to ensure fair and equitable access to TSU鈥檚 programs, services, and employment opportunities.

We do this by:

  • Investigating and resolving complaints related to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and misconduct based on protected characteristics such as race, color, national origin, religion, creed, sex (including pregnancy), disability, age, veteran status, and genetic information.

  • Enforcing Title IX and non-discrimination policies to maintain an equitable and respectful campus.

  • Providing training and resources on compliance topics including harassment prevention, sexual misconduct, and workplace fairness.

  • Coordinating and supporting equal access to all TSU programs, services, and opportunities.
  • Keeping the university informed about its obligations under federal and state civil rights laws.

  • Monitoring the university鈥檚 compliance with equal opportunity and non-discrimination laws.
