The Bioinformatics Laboratory

The Bioinformatics Laboratory is part of Advanced Computation Laboratory in the TSU Interdisciplinary Graduate Engineering Research (Tiger) Institute.听The laboratory provides a learning environment for TSU students, and a research environment for the TSU faculty, graduate and undergraduate students. In our bioinformatics lab.,听听students work on hands-on projects, and faculty conduct research. The bioinformatic Lab integrates research into education.听

The lab has an infrastructure for high-speed computing, access to common and specialized software, technical support for computational and bioinformatics need, and educational opportunities in听bioinformatics for both students and faculty.

The lab includes molecular biology equipment, computer servers, 听computer workstations, storage units and various analysis software.
